Light painting experimentation. I think I found my newest obsession. Keep in mind that this is my first time trying it so it's not that good :) First two photos are self-portraits of me, third should be "WTF", fourth is my sister and the fifth one is my dad.

We love control freaks

I've been extremely busy lately. Haven't had the time to update at all. In the beginning of october I spent 8 days in Italy with my school, visiting Rome, Verona, Siena, Venice etc (I hope I'll have some time soon to post photos). I'm also the student body president this year so that takes up quite a lot of time. And I've taken up a sort of a photography course:) So yeah being a busy bee :)

 And this is Sid, a dog my mom found on the street. I would so love to keep him but unfortunately I already have a cat... So anybody living in Belgrade in need of an extremely cute puppy? :D

I wanna be sedated

So a recap of my weekend (retrogradely):

Sunday: Went to SKC to see Marky Ramnoes Blitzkrieg. Such an awesome concert! The atmosphere was so exciting and eclectic (I was pretty much standing next to a 60 year old punker on one side and his grandson and then on my other side were 16-24 y.o. metal heads). I seriously had so much fun, they sang almost all of my favourite songs, and even did a cover of  "Have you ever seen the rain"-a song that I utterly love. So this is only the second of my "ultimate to see concerts" (the first one was Blondie). Now if only some of the people from Talking Heads, The Clash, The Stranglers or The Pogues held a concert here, my life would be complete. Also wouldn't mind The Strokes having some huge world tour and visiting Belgrade :)

Oh and Lejla finally came home for a short break from college, haven't seen her for 2 months so I'm all giddy just because she's in BG.

Saturday: Both Milica and I slept in and  woke up around 3 pm. The weather was unusually sunny and warm so we spent the afternoon down town, pigging out, searching for the perfect dress for Milica's birthday party. (first picture-me trying on a dress in Zara

Went to a... well I would call that a "kafana" for Milica's ex's birthday. And though both Milica and I were tired, and though I didn't really want to go, nor could I think of anything to wear (ended up pretty much wearing what I wear to school+heels) we had a great time. Proof above :) Probably the most embarrassing picture of me that you'll ever see-from the back, looking like a freaking bird :D

2nd-eating ice cream while it's really cold-one of the best things in my opinion for some reason :)

 

Overworked

School has once again taken over my life. I haven't slept more than 3 hours per night for like 3 days, so today I stayed home and just... slept :)

Lust worthy

 

While reading some blog I saw a couple photos from Secret Squirrel's winter collection which made me go to their site and look at the whole collection. It is really gorgeous. Full of simple yet very effective peaces. I can imagine myself going to school in the first two outfits, having afternoon coffee in the third, and going to a club in the last one..... Lust worthy indeed.

And I seriously didn't think that these helium filled balloons would be so expensive. 1,5 euro a pop. And I wanted 20 of them. Didn't really feel right to waist 30 euros on balloons....

Nails, nails, nails

School was a real pain in the back side this week, so I had no time to update here.So:

Military

Photos of what I wore to school today-taken after school and just before I had to run to my english class (I was late as usual :D). I will never remove that ring from my pinkie, that's how much I love it :). I don't really like wearing pants and jeans, I've been in skirts and dresses for almost a year now because I feel so free and flowy in them while in jeans I feel....trapped. It's not that bad, but I just like dresses/skirts more. The point of this tirade about me not liking wearing pants is-that I love this pair. Extremely comfy. Worn with extremely comfy flats=perfect for school :D

PS: I'm very annoyed with this new editor thingie- it keeps screwing up the position of photos... and pretty much everything else. *frustrated*

Milica (my bff and all the other cheesy names you can call people close to you) wanted to go buy some shoes today so it was only natural that I would offer to go with her. Of course both of us slept in and instead of meeting at 10 am we met up at noon. But I was overjoyed because the weather today was awful. Yes. I hate warm weather, so while other people frown because of the rain I can't take this huge smile off my face.

2. stalk-ish photo of a girl who's outfit I LOVED. I actually don't like harem pants, but these trousers, that can be found in zara, are made of pure awesomeness (even though they are harem-ish :D) Pair it with nice ballet flats and sailor-ish blazer and a gorgeous bag and you'll get a blond girl sneaking around you with a camera looking quite suspicious
