Lazy weekends

I've been pretty lazy when it comes to going out lately. So a couple of my last weekend were spent hanging out with fiend at cafes, just talking and relaxing....

Though, after this little hiatus I'm once again in the mood for some partying... :)

And after a million years Milica and I went to Kalemegdan to just sit around and enjoy the view... While we were in middle we used to go there at least once a week, so this brought back some nice memories of how we used to hang out :D

And of course, as usual I overate (I regularly eat a lot... so you can only imagine how much food I managed to stuff into my self). Nothing beats pljeskavica as a midnight snack :)

There is nothing better than a relaxing weekend after a stressful week of school.....

The rain

The weather has been quite hectic lately. I was never the one who liked hot weather, especially during the school year. Sitting in a hot classroom is far from enjoyable (sitting in a classroom isn't really enjoyable...ever :D ). Last week the weather was awful, to say the least. 30 degrees Celsius. Seriously. So, though I don't really like rain (except when you're in a nice coffee shop, sipping on an espresso, looking at raindrops-covered windows) I was hoping for some serious rain in order for the weather to cool down.

And yes! It is raining!

Don't get me wrong, I love summer, no school and all that, being at the seaside with friends and going out, or just enjoying a relaxed vacation with my family....But there is nothing worse than sitting in a stuffy room, with 17 boys who just finished playing a game of football, and a teacher who is talking about who knows what....

As you can see a little rain was more than welcomed :)

All photos are by me. I just have remember where I got the textures from... So I'll credit the people who
made them later (if it's needed).

Subway-for the first time

My spring break was spent in Budapest and Vienna, and while I was in Budapest I had my first-ever subway experience. You see, here in Belgrade there is no "tube".Well, there is one that goes from city to city, but nothing that operates here in Belgrade itself... So it was my first time riding on a subway train. It felt really strange at first, the fact that instead of seeing buildings and trees, as you would if you were on a bus, I only saw shiny gray walls. But, after a couple of rides I not only got used to it, but really loved it. First of all, it was much faster to get around that way than by a car due to the fact that you avoid all the traffic jams, and second the feeling of it all was just awesome for some reason. I'm not sure why. Now, if only there was a subway here.... Check Spelling

A father and a son (?) looking suspiciously at me (I guess they are not used to getting photographed by a random girl)

All photos by me, except the ones that I am in (obviously).

The Beginning

Well, hello there :)

I've been sitting in front of the computer for more than 10 minutes t
rying to write some sort of a clever introduction to this blog, but nothing good came to my mind. I guess a completely uninteresting and dull introduction will have to do. Hurray for the sloppy firsts! :)

So there are a few thing I would like to point out:
1. English isn't my first language so there might be some mistakes.
2. My writing is far from great. That is definitely one thing that has to be improwed.
3. I'm not quite shure what I'll be doing/posting here.

And one more thing is contributing to the sloppy firsts theme of this post: I wanted to make an animation of me waving but... Being a completely oblivious idiot as usual, I accidentally deleted the photos I needed in order to make that. So that will have to wait until tomorrow.....

And I presume a few basic infomation about me should also be in this post?

Here it goes:
name: Tijana Stojanovic
from: Belgrade,Serbia.
age:17
occupation: highschool junior
languages: serbian, english, french

I love photography, though I'm still not that good at it :) Also, everything that is fashion or art releted I find interesting. I love to read, watch funny clips on youtube, hang out with friends, windowshop on internet....
Oh and one more information-my hair is actually light brown, but I've been a blond for more than 3 and a half years. The title of my blog is kind of a reference to all of those blond jokes (and I really think that most of them are very funny :D) that I hear almost on a daily basis.

I don't have a photo of me waving goodbye so a smirking me will have to do.

PS: I also have a deviantart account- it's asmartblond.deviantart.com .
